Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Pack Securely
Place the jewelry in its original Claddagh Design presentation box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship with Tracking
Send your package using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to our workshop in County Cork, Ireland.
Inspection and Refund
Once our silversmiths inspect the item to ensure it is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
